More than Money: Phil Race

Adept doesn’t capture many especially exciting headlines. It’s a technology and telecoms company which seeks to simplify its clients’ IT and communications solutions. For investors, a far more eye-catching fact is that Adept is one of just three AIM companies to have increased its earnings per share in each of the last nine years. I spoke to the company’s chief executive Phil Race to explain how the company is managing to achieve its growth.
